Square Foot Gardening List - http://www.flinet.com/~gallus/sqft.html
If in a desrt w/o anything to drink. Save your you know what,
and when you must, take a swig, rinse it around in your mouth,
then return it to your container. Do NOT swallow.
(Had ya goin' I bet. :>)
Oh! For compost. Ok. But let me finish. It keeps your
tongue from swelling up, so you lose use of your mouth...
which you may require for breathing, when... anyway,
and for saying your last, er, important stuff.
It is a liquid. Compost heaps should be not wet, but well moist.
As leaves in a constant shadow 2-6 " down. Yet the pile will
hit 140F in the center, more if air flow (required for aerobic
<read,with-air & smell-free> digestion.) Large heaps may have PVC or
something incerted each 6-18" for minor but necessary air.
It also innoculated the pile with germs. Tho' molds require
moisture, and comprise (some experts say) the majority of
composting activity. Don't rile a pile w/o a dust mask,
or be UPwind.
Moisten the pile occassionally. Beer has a little sugar,
nutrients, but I'd only use Coors Silver Bullit and
such for that. It's not as good as the non-lites...
but that's why you aren't going to drink it anyway.
(I'll have to mention this for the mycology site.
Do any Sq Ft mushrooms?)
Anyway, you know a boy dogs spreads his marks around?
Well, a girl does it all in one place.
That's why you have 24 hrs to dilute it,
or it will burn the grass.
Pee will make it smell if used in large amounts.
Be judicious.
Hold that thought.
Bill, not H.
