Actually, most cans of Canellini beans I see are subtitled
"White Kidney Beans". Got a couple of cases of them in the
basement with the other Y2k supplies. (Yes, I'd love to be
self-supporting with just the garden, but this house is on a
50'x100' lot, and the garden ain't that big).
