   Canellini beans are just like white kidney beans. I never
heard of them until I got an Italian cookbook and a recipe
called for a can of them. We liked the recipe, and I don't
like the red kidney beans at all, so if I have to use any
type of kidney bean, I will use the white ones. I'm sure
there are other ways to use them too.
