Hi all!

I'm new to the list and wanted to introduce myself.  I'm Kim and I live
in Tulsa.  My husband and I have 16 brand new 4x4' beds that we are
building up with manure and compost right now, getting ready for the
spring.  (I know that sounds like a lot, but at the time we didn't know
any better!)  

My brother gave us Mr. Bartholomew's book for Christmas and between the
two of us, we havn't put it down!  We're very excited about the method
and are looking forward to trying it.  Our first planting day according
to the Extension agency is Feb 15th, here in Tulsa, Oklahoma.  We plan
on planting:

Brussel Sprouts
Carrots
Celery
Garlic
Leeks
Onions
Sweet Peas
Potatoes
Spinach

If anyone has any tips or good ideas for any of these things, please let
me know.  Especially the potatoes.  We just bought this house and this
is our first garden in 5 years.  We're rusty!
