Greetings,
Another question about tomatoes: are these tomatoes what people who like to
grow tomatoes plant (like folk who show their vegetables and gardens and
such) or are these the recommended plants for a successful harvest for your
average I'm-trying-to-stretch-my-food-budget gardener? The varieties seem a
little fancy to me and scare me a bit.
There are a few things I want out of my tomatoes: high yield with an eye
toward canning, cherries with high yield and sweet flavor, and overall just
a little more juice than pulp. I also wanted some cooking tomatoes for
salsa and spaghetti sauce.
Do these suggestions still apply or are there others?
