Tomato Seed/Damp Off Spray

For an organic spray that helps prevent damp-off, soak chamomile flower
heads in water for a few days then spray the seedlings and soil. I'm not
sure on the proportions (I'll try to find them) I think it's like a cup or
flowers to a gallon or water.
