You're lucky, Kim, you're near the coast. You won't have to water
nearly as often as we do in the hot inland valley. During summer, at
85-95 degrees, I was watering my corn, tomatoes, cukes, zukes, etc.
every other day for at least 1/2 hour, but that was with soaker hoses
and you have to figure the length and the water pressure, etc.
But in the heat of summer, 95-120 degrees, I watered every day for
about an hour. Needless to say, my water bill doubled during those
months. Ick! 0.0
