Thanks, Sydney - yup Claremont is not that far north of Hemet.
I will plant those nasturtiums, but I've learned not to do what
I was going to do. I was going to plant them in one of my
squares in sqft, but now know that the soil is too rich. Also,
they will attract bugs I guess, so I am now planning on putting
them near the veggies but far enough away so the soil is still
bad, and close enough so that they can grab the bad guys/gals.
I think I'll also do what another person on the thread said -
plant a few seeds every few weeks.
