Ants in my compost again

This is the second year I have had ants in my compost bin. I turn the pile
often and that seems to scatter them for a week but then they come back.
Last year I found that when I moved the compost into the garden, the ants
that were in the compost stayed in the garden. Any ideas on how I can get
them out of my compost bin?
