In the United States, this is "chard." Five-Color chard, according to one
of my most recently received seed catalogs, has been more or less hard to
get in this country for the last few years. It should be about an equal mix
of red-, purple-, white-, yellow-, and orange-veined (but all green-leaved)
chard strains.

Now this year a new multicolored chard called 'Bright Lights' is all the
rage, an All-America award winner, etc.

Five-colored silverbeet [chard] is basically a forerunner of Bright Lights.
