This is my first year growing it, but silverbeet is the Australian name for
something very similar to Swiss Chard. The seeds I started are from Seed
Savers, and they claim that there are actually five different colors in the
silverbeet. The picture shows stalks which are orange, green, yellow,
purple and, hmmm, I don't actually see a fifth color, but I quess we'll see
when they grow out. I hope;)
