Soil recipe CASH from SFG versus plain SFG

If anyone has the CASH from SFG book, I recall seeing a message on this list that Mel's changed his thought process on the perfect soil recipe, compared to the regular SFG book (I only have the regular SFG book).  I'm going to create 2 more raised beds and will be buying the soil ingredients, so I'm in search of the best soil recipe.
