Shawn,
I have a Far Side cartoon framed and hanging on the wall of my office that
shows a Lawn Chemical Company worker handing the homeowner a gas mask after
he's applied chemicals to her lawn.  That's about what I think of
Chem-Lawn!!  The company gives their customers an instruction sheet that
states that they, their children and their pets should not walk on the grass
for 48 hours after Chem Lawn has applied their potions.  Does that give you
a clue?  Don't compost your neighbor's grass clippings, especially if Chem
Lawn is applying something every 30 to 60 days.
