Hi Linda,
I do put all my coffee grounds and any leftover coffee into my compost. And we
drink a pot a day. But I only have so much compost to spread out over my 1000
sq. ft., so I'm afraid even that doesn't have much effect on the pH....

For those of you who are coffee drinkers, save your coffe grounds for the
compost.
(I even pour the leftover coffee into the bucket,) They are very acidic.
