This depends on whether you built it with the the skill of a ship builder or
if it is just 'good enough for government work'. In other words, it must
drain or the plants will drown I would go for, perhaps, 6 holes 1/2"
to 1".
I would line the bottom with landscape fabric to retain the soil
while permitting the water to drain..

PS Just realized that I may be way off base as I don't know what zone you
