Square Foot Gardening List - http://www.flinet.com/~gallus/sqft.html
My husband used what we call cinder blocks. He got them on sale
pretty cheap at the local Menards. For my husband's building
convenience, my garden is 2 blocks wide, but I don't remember
how many blocks long. We just dug down into the ground a bit,
put the block in and left them be. I had to dig in some compost and
stuff, and I was careful not to hit the blocks. We have had no
mishaps and the blocks appear to be pretty sturdy.
Hope this helps.
