....for seedlings under fluorescent lights and when are they ready to go out?

I started my tomatoes, eggplants, basil, in the house and upon germination
moved them to the garage under the lights. By now they have 1 or 2 pair of
true leaves and it feels like spring already (Southern California). Was
thinking of moving the flats out to a shady place for a few days, feed them
and then plant them.

How does it sound to you?
