Re: Baby corn [was newbie]

I grew these over the summer. When they were ready, I used them in stir
fried dishes.
I have read where they are pickled also. You can eat the whole ear too! I
think you
can just eat them raw out of the garden. Is this the corn you are talking
about or
are you just going to pick ears of regular corn when it is small? There is
a type of
"baby corn" you can get at Nichol's Nursery that is grown for just that
purpose, but
I don't think it has any special name, just "baby corn".
