I don't know this outfit specifically, but Tennessee is a hotbed of 
sweet-potato production businesses.  I've seen the very simple offerings 
list from Steele's several times, and they have at least 20 different 
varieties to choose from.

You must watch the calendar closely in this regard, however.  In America, 
the Tennessee sweet-potato shipping period (for slips) runs about May 1 to 
June 5.  Immediately after that, they can't send you a thing because their 
people are all out in the fields working on next year's crop.  I learned 
this info the hard way.

The last year for which I had their list (approx. '97), they sold 3 
varieties of *white* sweet potatoes, which are a particular favorite of my 
inlaws.

Sorry, but I don't have any current literature from Steele's.  They are a 
family-owned and -run outfit and probably don't have a Website either....
