Square Foot Gardening List - http://www.flinet.com/~gallus/sqft.html
I plant my shell out beans the same as I do greenbeans. Plants about 2inches
apart and about 1inch deep. Harvest when the beans in the pods reach full
size. If you leave them on the vine another 30 days or so you will have dried
beans. If you choose to freeze the beans harvest as soon as the beans mature
and are still soft.(about 60 days). Frozen beans cook quicker than dried
beans and maybe a little moore flavor. (Some may disagree with that
statement.) To cook dried beans soak the overnight to soften them a they will
cook in about one and a half hours.
Good luck and good eating.
