I'm going to give the one warm one cool 40 watt a try. I'll be using 4, 2
light shoplights over an 8ft long x 30" wide table. I should be able to get
9 or 10 of the trays on there with about 10  32 oz syrofoam cups per tray.

Bill, what wattage of tubes did you use?  I use two shoplights side by side
with one warm, one cool 40watt tubes.  I really like the way my plants
turned
out last year.  I am looking forward to a larger set up this year so will be
using all 4 of my shoplights this time with 8 flats.  Each day when I turn
the lights on I turn the flats around so they even out.
