As you harvest the plant(s) in each individual square, you replace them with something else. For example, once your bush beans stop producing you could replace them with leaf lettuce. Since you do it a piece at a time, it doesn't take much effort. This may be in a FAQ somewhere, or may have been discussed before (I'm a newbie), but what about crop rotation in a square foot garden? It seems like the job is much more difficult in a small space. Do others worry about this?
