I agree - any sources for organic mulches or manures, or wood items,
are usually already promised to other private parties or recyclers.

Kim, I think I'm going to go with the wood pallets, but thanks for
your design. I'll keep it in mind when circumstances change. What
with the wind storms we had, I have plenty of broken fencing that
I can use to buck up a couple of compost bins <:-(
