Hi,
Well, I tried to post this question a few weeks ago, but I think I may
have had the wrong address so I apologize if this is a duplicate.
I was thinking about planting snap peas, followed by pole beans (after
the last frost), in the same squares. My thinking is that as the peas
are finishing up their show, the beans should just be taking off. I
thought there might be a couple of problems, however: 1) Since the
peas would peas would not be entirely done by the time the beans started
growing, I imagine tha the vines will become all entangled and it won't
be possible to remove the snap pea vines without hurting the beans.
Would this be a problem? 2) Similarly, would having the peas in place
be too much competition for the newly emergin beans?
Thanks in advance for any advice/recommendations!
Kerri
