Hello, JC...
I'm not sure how it's going to go, but I popped six strawberry plants
under a 27-gal container-grown fig tree yesterday. I figure what the
heck, if it works, good on me, if it doesn't, bad on them ol'
strawberries! It just seemed to me that the bottom branches of the fig
were up high enough to allow enough sun in under it for the strawberries
to do something - if nothing else they'll cover the soil and make it
look nice and green!
While I agree about each container having to produce, packing them too
tight can also cause problems with production.
I'm gone...
