chinese vegies anyone?

Does anyone have suggestions for planting
Pak Choi (Bok Choi) or Gai Laan (Kai Laan) otherwise
known as Chinese Kale or Chinese Broccoli??
I thought 4 per square for choi and one per square for Kai Laan
but perhaps they could be closer than that. Any experience?
