I know this is a bit off topic, but I thought some of the square-foot gardeners
may have an answer to my problem of garlic sprouting.
I dug it last August and dried it for a couple of days and then braided it and
hung it in the garage.  When the weather threatened to freeze the garage, I 
moved it downstairs to the coolest room we have.  For the past month it has 
been sprouting.  What does that mean ?  Too much heat, light, time ?  Any 
answers anyone ?
