Square Foot Gardening List - http://myweb.flinet.com/~gallus/sqft.html
Thanks you guys! I had forgotten about swiss
chard. I love it and I've
been racking my brain for some more stuff for my empty squares. I'm into shade cages, big time, right now, I'll give it a try. ( I'm assuming it needs some help in hot weather like lettuce and mine is doing great with shade cages. And thanks to everyone (and Bill, Cathy and Tristan for your suggestions) for letting me vent! I did check with others in my area and found they are having the same problems, so it's not just me. I did discover that I can pollinate my zucs with yellow squash flowers. My zucs didn't have any male flowers when needed so I tried the yellow squash flowers, and it worked! So I need to forget the failures and enjoy the successes!
