I think it is probably the woodchuck who lives under our neighbor's toolshed, but I keep finding holes dug in the bed with a nut at the bottom.  If it is a squirrel, he's pretty stupid about hiding his food!

Jen-  Welcome! Something is eating my strawberries. The marks are about the
width of two squirrel teeth... lol! Squirrels will even catch and eat birds
sometimes says a ranger I talked to.
