My father gave me a small electric shredder, it was useless.  We broke down
and got the larger, gas powered unit (I believe from Sears) and we've been
very happy with it, even though it is large.  (Reminds me of the time we
shredded newspaper, figuring it would make a nice mulch ... newspaper shreds
flying everywhere!  Ugh!)
