I'll answer your question with a question:  What would you rather have 30
days from now, a baby zucchini plant not yet old enough to bloom (and
produce veggies), or a mature plant that has tons of leaves and is ready to
produce many veggies as soon as the heat dies down?

I never yank a plant unless I am CERTAIN that replanting will produce a
better result than just giving the one I have some more time (and perhaps
just waiting out some bad weather).  If it were me, I'd just wait a while
and see what happens when the weather cools down a bit.  I'd also try to
hand pollinate a few blooms to be *certain* that pollination isn't at the
root of your problem.  You may have plenty of bees but they may be choosing
to visit other plants and not visiting your zucchini enough...
