Water Restrictions WAS Re: This year's garden

Wow.  Here in PA we had bans put on water use last year, however after
checking into it, I found that we were allowed to water our gardens with
watering cans after the sun went down - just no hoses and running
water.  You might want to double check on that.  It seems a shame to put
all that work into your garden, and then have to watch it die of
thirst.  Besides, you are growing food, not cleaning off your sidewalk
or watering your grass.
