Any good book of _real_ Mexican (i.e. not TexMex) or other Latin
American cuisine will provide good recipes.  I should have thought of
that last year when I got scads of flowers but exactly one yellow
crookneck and zero from the couple of dozen other various summer and
winter squash plants.  (I'd blame the drought, but I regularly broke
the law to water my garden).
