Sorry I did not explain myself. I put the tea leaves on the soil around
the base of the tomato plant.
any surplus tea bags or loose tea that I have, (of course used first to make
a drink!) I put in to a large tub and add rain water and use the cold tea as
a food for the tomatoes. the tannin in the water improves the flavor, as
well as increases the flowers on the tomatoe plants. Try it a free plant
food if you drink tea and only throw the tealeaves away.
