Hello all...I need a little help.
I am growing Red Ruby and Epicure potatoes for the first time (small
plot) that I purchased from Shepherd's. I am in zone 6, planted them on
April 23 (they were late shipping them to me). They came up like
gangbusters, some produced a few flowers 2 weeks ago. No flowers now. In
the past 2 weeks, the leaves are yellowing and not much
growth...nitrogen deficiency from what I can tell. Plants average around
18" tall. I have good loamy soil, have added homemade compost as a
mulch. I applied fish emulsion today (5-1-1). Is there any hope? Any
other suggestions?
P.S. I use only organic methods.
TIA
Lisa C.
