Al, thanks for your querry on this bizarre white leaf problem.
The same thing has happened to my Japanese eggplants this year. I've never
seen this before. I'm thinking its a mineral deficiency. The leaves do not
look like they've been attacked by a virus, fungus, or pest. Once I put the
plants in the garden the discoloration went away. What is happening?
