Re: Correct Spacing for Zucchini Squash

The text reads:

"Squash, Summer: vine-type 3/4sqft (see special grid); bush-type 1/3sqft
(see special grid) (see also Zucchini's revised spacing)
  ...
"Zucchini: 1/sqft (Mel from 2/96 OG)"

I think what happened is that the original Zucchini spacing (3' x 3', as
in the diagram) was revised to 1 per sqft in the 2/96 OG article.  (Does
someone have a copy of that to verify?)  I dunno, the revision does
sound laughable to me.

There is an error up there--1/3sqft is NOT the same as 3' x 3'.  It
should read 1/9sqft, or just say "1 per 3' x 3'" to avoid confusion. 
(The bush tomato text has a similar math error.)  In any case, the
diagrams make it clear, both for those of us who can recognize the math
error, and for those of us who are "math challenged."
