Iron spray?

Square Foot Gardening List - http://www.flinet.com/~gallus/sqft.html

Does anyone know of a foliar spray that contains iron, preferably
organic? I have a severely chlorotic plant that has very yellow leaves
with green veins. I've been told this is due to lacking iron. I applied
granular iron around the plant and scratched it in the soil and have
watered several times since, but this plant is still not looking any
better. It has been at least three weeks since I originally applied the
granular iron.

My soil ph is 7-7.5 or so. I know PH has a factor in causing iron to be
unavailable to the plant, but all the other plants in the same area look
fine and this plant (scabiosa) did great all last year. It didn't seem
to start having a problem until I pruned it back because it was getting
very leggy.

Any ideas? Thank you. (I realize this is for a flower garden, but it
is very possible that a vegetable in a sqft garden could have iron
problems, so I figure this is on topic.)
