    Okay, I have been watching and learning, now I have a question. I planted 
garlic last fall. The stalks are looking like they are about to begin to die 
off, but I'm not sure exactly when I should harvest. I am in Atlanta...sorry, 
so new I don't even know what zone I'm in except in Jerry Baker terms... I 
read somewhere that I should harvest close to summer...should I take a peek 
or wait a while?
    Also, I am planning on planting LOTS of veggies this spring...have 
started tomatoes, peppers and eggplant inside...any tips?
