Hi all,

I'd appreciate suggestions for protecting my quickly ripening 
strawberries...I put out the black '"netting" sold for that purpose and went 
out this morning to find a bird caught in it.  I was able to release him, but 
he had already pecked away at a large almost ripe berry.  Any other 
suggestions??  Sorry if this has been recently covered.
