Often when birds bite into fruit it's because they're thirsty. Put out a
water source for them. Then spray your trees with an anti-theft spray.
That's bicarbonate of soda and water. It covers the color of the fruit, and
not even children are interested in it. You'll probably have to guess at
ripeness then yourself. Margaret L
