Orange Trees

Hello all.  I just wondered about my citrus trees.  At the beginning of the 
year I always have several blossoms covering the tree, and then have many 
baby oranges.  Only a few of the oranges ripen though (less than 5).  Should 
I pick off some of the baby oranges to let others have a better chance of 
surviving?  This happens on my naval orange as well as my satsuma.
