Square Foot Gardening List - http://www.flinet.com/~gallus/sqft.html
Hi Cyn,
Money Plant is called Lunaria, it's biennial, I think you could easily
place four in one square foot. They make great dried flowers which are
actually the seed pods themselves. To get more Lunaria simply walk
around your yard with some dried stems and shake out the seeds like a
shaman dispelling evil with a rattle. To sow indoors the seeds first
require stratification, just pop them into the freezer for about a month
and then sow about a 1/4" deep and place them in a sunny windowsill,
they'll sprout in no time. The stay semi evergreen during the winter and
will bloom their second year. The flowers themselve are a beuatiul
lavender purple and look great in cottage gardens.
