Yeah, the roof I am thinking of collecting water from doesn't
have shingles, let alone asphalt ones. Just tin. (So, rust may be a
problem, who knows.) Like I say - I'm already getting water from there
unwittingly. If there are problems, then I'd best look into relocating my
garden(or redirecting water elsewhere). I think it would be beneficial to
use the water for other purposes than a vegetable garden for sure - to decrease
my overall out-of-the hose water usage. (That may be more difficult to
distribute though).
I wonder if there would be an easy/inexpensive way to filter
the water...
