Up and over doors would be a suggestion as then they are out of the way.
You would need a very sturdy frame.   Maybe use netting in the summer and
plastic sheeting or perspex in the spring to give you a good start.

How about an A frame on sturdy hinges, suspended from a strong center bar? You could prop up each side with a 2x4 when working inside? You would lose some growing space if you planned to leave it up all season. You could only have very short plants in front or they would bump into the plastic/wire window frame. As another poster said, it depends on what your use for the enclosure is -- just give plants an early start, or to keep out animals.
