According to the guide I use (from Burpee) nasturtiums seeds can be
planted in any month except June, July and August, in Southern
California. Mine have been in bloom for the past month and will continue
to bloom into late fall. They were planted four years ago and self seed
each year. I trim them back several times during the season to control
spreading. Otherwise, they require very little attention.
