I've used Burpee seeds for several years.  I've been pleased in every
instance with both their flowers and their vegetables.  This year's order
arrived (complete) a couple of weeks ago and will be started on the 11th of
March.  I start seeds for several people--including my mother.  She insists
that I start them by the correct moon sign date.  Does anyone else plant by
moon sign dates?
