I just pre-sprouted my first seeds last month and have been thrilled with the results. Here's what I did (keep in mind I only started broccoli and parsley): 1. Sterilized a plastic plate 2. Tore 12 1" square pieces of paper toweling (I started 6 of each). 3. Wrote P on 6 of the squares and B on the other 6. 4. Wet the squares and arranged them on the plate. 5. Placed one seed on each square and slipped the plate into a plastic bag. The plate sat on my kitchen counter. It was difficult to see when the seeds had sprouted. I let both kinds sit for a couple days after they had sprouted because I couldn't tell they had. Once they had sprouted I just laid the paper towel square in a container filled with vermiculite and covered it with more. They're all growing well! Jeanne
