You might like to grow your parsnips the way I do my carrots - in a half
whiskey barrel. I just fill it with dampened planting mix then sow them
rather thickly. I just keep thinning them out gradually. The baby carrots
are really great! By the time I've thinned them out enough, it's almost
time for harvesting the rest!
