Hi,
  Though I have not done this myself you could try CAPILLARY MATTING. You
soak it in water, put your trays on it and dip the end in a resovoir
(eg.plastic container) of water.The seedlings take up moisture as it is
needed without waterlogging. Hope this is of help.
